Doyran Monastery is situated on a steep slope in the Geyikbayırı area, northwest of Doyran neighborhood, Konyaaltı district, Antalya. Although the exact construction date of the monastery is unknown, based on its architectural features and other Byzantine structures in the region, it is dated to the Byzantine period, specifically the Middle Byzantine period (9th – 13th centuries). The monastery complex consists of a main church, a chapel, monastic cells, cisterns, and other auxiliary buildings.
