Müğren Tumulus, located within the borders of the Elmalı district of Antalya, is an important archaeological site that has survived from ancient times to the present day. Rising on the fertile lands of the Elmalı Plain, this tumulus is a monumental structure that sheds light on the rich historical past of the region. Tumuli are generally structures formed by piling earth over the graves of noble or important individuals, and Müğren Tumulus is part of this tradition.
