Yalan Dünya Cave is a natural formation located within the borders of Beyrebucak Village, Gazipaşa district of Antalya. The cave is a karstic structure formed by the dissolution of calcareous rocks, estimated to have formed approximately 5 million years ago. It contains stalactites, stalagmites, columns, and travertine terraces of various sizes. Although the total length of the cave is approximately 4 kilometers, the section open to visitors is about 450 meters. This section is specially illuminated and made safe with walkways. The name of the cave, 'Yalan Dünya' (False World), comes from the resemblance of some formations inside to human or animal figures, and how these figures change shape as one progresses deeper into the cave. Yalan Dünya Cave offers important information about the geological structure of the region, while also impressing visitors with its natural beauty. The formation of the cave is the result of geological processes that lasted millions of years, and these processes continue slowly today.
