Namazgah Battery is a historical military structure of critical importance for the defense of the Dardanelles, located at one of the narrowest points of the Çanakkale Strait, south of Kilidülbahir Castle. The battery's location, cannon range, and strategic importance were among the factors that influenced the course of the Çanakkale Wars. Today, Namazgah Battery, in its restored state, is open to visitors and serves as an important museum and monument complex that keeps the memory of the Çanakkale Wars alive.
