Cacabey Madrasa, located in the center of Kırşehir, is an important structure from the Seljuk period. Built in the 13th century, this madrasa was used for astronomy and religious education. It is named after Caca Bey, the vizier of Seljuk ruler Sultan II. Gıyaseddin Keyhüsrev. Architecturally, it features a construction with cut stone and brick materials, a square courtyard, vaulted rooms, and a dome. The most distinctive feature is the astronomical clock with stars and celestial bodies on it. This clock reflects the scientific and educational understanding of the period. It has undergone various restorations and is now protected as an important cultural heritage reflecting Kırşehir's historical identity.
